FAQs
Am I a good candidate for Dermaplaning?
The ideal candidate for Dermaplaning has aging, dry, rough, or uneven skin tone. Dermaplaning can also help reduce the appearance of shallow acne scars, fine lines and superficial hyperpigmentation.
Is Dermaplaning safe?
Dermaplaning is extremely safe when performed by an properly trained skincare professional. There is no more risk to the skin than when you shave your legs. There is also no downtime associated with this procedure.
Will it make the hair on my face grow back thicker and darker?
No. There are different types of hair that grow on the body; vellus hair and terminal hair. Vellus hair is found on most areas of the body except palms, soles, lips and genital areas, whereas terminal hairs are found on the scalp, underarms and pubic region. The soft and fine vellus hair grows back at the same rate and texture.
How long is a Dermaplaning appointment?
Dermaplaning takes anywhere between 30-45 minutes and can be performed every 3-4 weeks.
Post-Treatment
After Dermaplaning you may experience some skin sensitivity for 24-48 hours. You should avoid sun exposure for 24 hours and as always, use your SPF!
Sugaring
Sugaring is an ancient Egyptian method of hair removal using a natural sugar paste that is a mix of sugar, lemon juice and water. Rebecca is trained by one of Saskatchewan’s best sugar educators, and uses Alexandria Professional products.
The honey like paste is applied directly to the skin, and removed in the same direction as hair grows to reduce the possibility of ingrown hairs, and hair breakage. Sugaring does not stick to live skin, only dead skin cells, so it is a more gentle, and natural form of hair removal.
With sugaring we are able to remove hair when it has been growing for approximately 7-10 days, and you can achieve permanent reduction of hair growth with routine appointments. Rebecca is known for her 15 minute Brazilian sugaring appointments right here locally in Regina.
FAQs
Can you get sugared while on your menstrual cycle?
Yes! You may have added sensitivity because of the changes in your hormones, but yes we can still sugar. Throw in that DivaCup, or tuck in that string and we are good to go!
Can you get sugared if you have diabetes?
Yes, unlike waxing, sugaring is safe for diabetics. The sugar is never ingested, and isn’t on the skin long enough to be absorbed.
Does sugaring hurt more or less than waxing?
Everyone’s discomfort level is different, but generally speaking sugaring is more gentle because the sugar paste cannot stick to live skin cells.
Is the sugar hot?
No! It is warmed to just above body temperature, so it is super safe!
Can I still get laser hair removal while sugaring?
Yes! They go perfectly together. Schedule your laser session for 2 weeks following your sugar appointment for optimal results.
How long does my hair have to be for sugaring?
7-10 days of growth is ideal!
Will the sugar stop hair growth permanently?
Sugaring consistently can lead to a permanent reduction in hair growth because we can remove the hair at the earliest stage of hair growth. Keeping up with a regular sugar routine is key to this success.
Will my hair grow back darker and thicker?
No, when we remove the hair, it will actually grow back finer, which is why exfoliation is so important following your appointment to ensure you do not get ingrown hairs. You need to ensure that the dead skin cells are removed so that the hair isn’t blocked when trying to come to the surface.
How long does it take before you see your hair grow back?
With regular maintenance you can go approximately 2 weeks before you see growth. When starting your sugaring journey it takes approximately 3 sessions 3 weeks apart to get al of your hair on the same growth cycle. Once the growth cycles are all lined up, that is when you will see longer lasting results.
Microneedling
Please note that a consultation is required prior to your first microneedling appointment.

The SkinPen Precision microneedling pen is minimally invasive and helps treat acne scars, scaring, fine lines, wrinkles, melasma, uneven skin tone, stretch marks and more. HOW DOES IT WORK?
SkinPen Precision Micro-needling also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT)is a non-surgical and non-invasive advanced skin treatment that uses a mechanical needling device to create thousands of tiny micro-channels in your skin. This promotes a healing response and stimulates growth factors and fibroblasts to repair and regenerate your skin with the production of new collagen and elastin at a cellular level. This process rejuvenates your skin from the inside out. The result is effective remodeling of scar tissue while keeping the overall structure of the skin in tact.
Why Use Skinpen?
SkinPen is clinically proven to fight the appearance of neck wrinkles and reduce the appearance of acne scars. In fact, 90% of subjects in the clinical trial would recommend the treatment to friends and family. It’s a minimally invasive procedure performed in-office with little to no downtime. As the first FDA-cleared microneedling device, SkinPen sets the industry standard for safety.
Will Skinpen work for me?
Unlike some alternatives, SkinPen has been clinically proven to be effective for women and men with with all Fitzpatrick Skin Types I – VI. Likewise, unlike lasers or chemicalpeels that can damage skin over the long term, SkinPen treatments, when properly spaced and overseen by a physician, can be used for years.
Is Skinpen Safe?
Yes, by design. SkinPen’s patented – and single-use – sterile needle cartridge is built with safety in mind. SkinPen is also surrounded by a custom-designed BioSheath that acts as a barrier to prevent cross contamination between procedures. That’s part of the reason SkinPen by Crown Aesthetics is the world’s first FDA-cleared microneedling device. Learn more by reviewing our patient labeling document.
Who Should Not Use It?
SkinPen should not be used on patients who have active skin cancer in the treatment area(s); open wounds, sores, or irritated skin in the treatment area(s); an allergy to stainless steel or aesthetics; a hemorrhagic (bleeding) disorder or hemostatic (bleeding) dysfunction; are pregnant or nursing; or are currently taking drugs with the ingredient isotretinoin (such as Accutane). Talk to your doctor to see if this treatment is right for you.
What About SkinPen Did The FDA Clear?
Quite a bit. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s clearance covers not only the SkinPen device but the entire protocol. That includes the Skinfuse Lift HG hydrogel used to protect against abrasion and friction during the treatment, as well as the custom-designed BioSheath to prevent cross contamination.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM MICRONEEDLING?
Because SkinPen micro-needling aims to restore and repair your skin bringing it back to optimal health. An array of skin conditions and concerns can be treated effectively.

– Hyper pigmentation, brown spots and melasma
– Loose – saggy skin
– Scars
– UV damage
– Stretch marks
– Scalp (thining hair)
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
In general, we recommend a course of 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. However, for those looking to treat acne scars we would likely recommend a longer course of up to 6 sessions to give you the best results.
WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT FEEL LIKE?
During the treatment we apply numbing cream to the area being treated so discomfort if any is minimal. We use a specific SkinFuse gel which allows the SkinPen device to glide over the area being treated. It will be an hour appointment, this includes consultation and answer any questions, time for numbing cream to work and then the treatment itself takes 30 minutes.
Afterwards Your skin will be red and will feel warm and tight for 1 or 2 days afterwards. It will also feel dry and flaky. This is all normal. You will be given specific post-procedure healing balm as part of your treatment which will help to alleviate any discomfort.
WHAT ARE THE FINAL RESULTS AFTER MY SKINPEN TREATMENT?
After the procedure, your body will start to naturally regenerate and repair the skin. Your body will form new collagen and elastin, generate new skin cells and enhance the blood supply. While you will see and feel an improvement in your skin within 1 week, It can take up to 4 or 5 weeks before you will experience visible signs of regeneration and repair and the process will continue over the following months, up to a year after your last session, resulting in gradual and long-lasting improvements to your skin.

– Avoid sun exposure/burns 24 hours prior to procedure – includes tanning beds.
– Avoidance of IP/Laser procedures for the past 7 days prior to procedure.

– Skin is clean without lotion, oil, makeup, deodorant, powder, perfume or sunscreen.
– Antiviral agent for 2 days prior to and day of treatment if history of cold sores

Note:
Client is denied day of treatment if the following is present: active cold sores, herpes simplex, or warts in the area to be treated, open sores, sunburned, or excessively sensitive skin within the application area, pregnancy, dermatitis, or inflammatory rosacea.
Day of treatment:
Omit lotions, creams, makeup or deodorant in area to be treated. Arrive with clean washed skin and inform the medical aesthetician of any changes in medical history and of all medications you are taking. A topical anesthetic cream will be applied 30 minutes before treatment.
Post-Treatment
Immediately after your Microneedling procedure, your medical aesthetician will provide post care and a recommended skincare program to maximize your results.
Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, Motrin, or Advil for 24 hours after your Microneedling procedure. These agents will interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical and responsible for your skin rejuvenation.
You may use Lift as often as needed for the first 24 hours post treatment. Your medical aesthetician will give this to you to take home. It will help relieve any itching, irritation or tightness post treatment.
Day 1 (24 hours later):
On the next day, you may cleanse your skin as usual and apply RESCUE and TiZO SPF40 or an approved SPF30 or greater sunscreen.
Days 2-7:
Within two days following your Medical Microneedling procedure, you will notice skin dryness and flaking. This is due to an increased turnover of skin cells. During this period, you may apply your regular skin moisturizer. Follow the instructions given to you by your medical aesthetician. Days later, your skin will start shedding. These are skin layers that would regularly shed a week later, but the Microneedling brings this skin to the surface at a faster rate. During this temporary process, your skin will shed and be dry. You may use your regular skin care products once your skin is not irritated.
Day 7:
A week after your Microneedling procedure, most clients will notice that their skin is smoother and more radiant. Continue with sun protection every day and reapply every 2 hours if outdoors.

”Botox” is used to soften fine lines and unwanted creases/wrinkles on face which is caused by expression.
Most common treated areas are horizontal forehead lines, frown lines (11’s), bunny lines, crows feet, and chin dimpling. Botox can also be effective for reducing a gummy smile, and upper “lip flip”, and reducing pain in the jaw due to excessive clenching.
Botox enhances your unique look without sacrificing the natural expressions in your face. Full effects of Botox are usually seen within 2 weeks (10-14 days). However, you can start to see results within 24 hours of treatment and can achieve a refreshed appearance that can last between 2-6 months.
Dosing requirements varies from individuals due to differences in facial anatomy, what areas being treated, cost/budget. Therefore, a thorough consultation is included to determine if you are a good candidate for this treatment prior to moving forward.

FAQs
What happens during a BOTOX / DYSPORT / NUCEIVA Treatment?
When treating fine lines and wrinkles, botulinum toxin is injected into targeted muscles on the face or neck. This temporarily relaxes the targeted muscles, causing fine lines and wrinkles to diminish. The effect lasts about 3 to 4 months — and sometimes longer.
Will I lose my sense of feeling where I have the injections?
No. This treatment does not affect your ability to feel.
What are the possible side effects?
If a patient develops side effects, these tend to be mild and temporary. The injections, rather than the botulinum toxin itself, cause most mild side effects. For example, a patient may occasionally bruise. If this happens, the bruising lasts about 1 week.
After receiving injections, people have experienced:
– Swelling
– Redness
– Soreness
– Bruising
– Mild headache (uncommon)
– Weakness in a neighboring muscle, leading to a temporarily droopy brow or eyelid (rare)

Dermal Filler
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring carbohydrate in the human body. HA dermal fillers is used to improve appearance of lines, correct volume loss or alter proportions.
HA is present around spaces between skin cells, HA provides moisture, plumpness, firmness, and suppleness to skin.
Due to our natural aging process, our fat pads start to become further apart, slower cell turnover, decreased connective tissue, decreased hyaluronic acid content, decreased collagen production, and breakdown of elastin fibers. Therefore, HA dermal fillers can be used to freshen, soften, and volumizes certain areas.
Filler requirements varies from individuals due to differences in facial anatomy, what areas being treated, cost/budget. Therefore, a thorough consultation is included to determine if you are a good candidate for this treatment prior to moving forward.
HA dermal fillers last 6 – 12 months.

Morpheus8
Morpheus8 is a new cutting-edge fractional device that combines microneedling and radio frequency to remodel and contour your face and body. This treatment penetrates deep into your skin and fat, resulting in a smoother and sleeker appearance. Morpheus8 has the ability to penetrate deeper into the skin than any other microneedling device, going as deep as 4mm, plus another 1mm of tissue heating. This treatment is a minimally invasive, safe, non-surgical option for sub-dermal adipose remodelling and tightening of the skin.
Not only does Morpheus8 help with collagen remodelling and tightening of the skin, but will also break down superficial fat that accumulates as we age creating a saggy appearance most commonly noticeable in the lower face, neck, and often the knees.
The Morpheus8 yields quicker results, with minimal downtime (24-48hrs) and is safe for all skin types, including skin type 6.
What Does It Target & Improve?

– Areas of the body that see great improvement are upper arms, knees, neck, and improves laxity to difficult to treat areas such as eyelids.
– Improves textural irregularities such as post surgical scars and acne scars
– Deeper injections of microneedles directs energy towards the adipose fat that is notorious for creating jowls, bra rolls, and the double chin.
– Prevents premature skin ageing, evens out skin tone and adds luminosity.
– Can treat active acne and cystic acne.
– Can improve excessive sweating of the armpits as can destroy sweat glands.

What can I expect at my appointment?
45 minutes to an hour before your treatment, a topical numbing cream will be applied to your skin to reduce any discomfort.
Many patients describe the treatment as a feeling of pressure, a pinching sensation and heat to follow, but generally tolerable. Some areas will be completely painless. Some a pinch and warmth will be felt, and some areas will be more hot and sensitive to the needles.
Depending on patient tolerance and dowtime, the treatment can be customized in depth of needles and pulses to yield specific results.
The treatment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the number and sizes of areas being treated.
What is the typical treatment protocol and how long will my results last?
As with any Microneedling or Collagen Induction Therapy, best outcomes are done 1 month apart for 3 consecsecutive sessions. The number of treatments required is dependent upon the patient’s treatment goals and individual current skin condition.
Collagen remodeling takes 2 – 3 months to peak, so even though you see results as soon as 7 days post treatment your skin will continue to improve for 6 – 9 months after.
To keep collagen stimulated as you age, and for optimal skin quality it is best to do a minimum of 3 sessions yearly.
Results can last up to 2 years! In advanced aging, laxity or fatty loose skin (jowls, double chin) more sessions may be required. IE: 6 sessions in 1 year.

face
neck
décolleté
hands
Is the Forma Facial right for me?
Forma treatments are very effective and are great for anyone looking for skin tightening, increased elasticity and improvements to the overall quality and integrity of their skin.
*You should not have a Forma treatment if you have an infection near or around the treatment area.
The Forma Facial is such a popular procedure because it really is a treatment that can benefit pretty much anyone. We have seen amazing results when performed as part of a 6-treatment package series, and we have also seen it work wonders as a quick glow up prior to a special event or evening out.
Is there anyone that the forma facial is not suitable for?
FORMA is not suitable for people who are:
– Under 18 years of age.
– Nursing or Pregnant.
– Have an impaired immune system.
– Have a history of skin disorders.
– Have any condition that might impair skin healing.
– Have poorly controlled endocrine disorders.
– Have had fillers in the past 6 months, or botox in the past 2 weeks.
– Have used Isotretinoin (Accutane) in the past 6 months prior to treatment.
What is the Forma Facial procedure?
A Forma treatment will typically be performed in less than 30 minutes per treatment area. At the beginning of the procedure, your provider will apply a thin layer of conductive gel to the skin, which allows the applicator to easily glide over the skin’s surface. As the medical aesthetician moves the wand in a circular motion over your skin, you can expect to experience a tolerable heat and occasionally light prickling sensation.
While the applicator wand is equipped with sensors to monitor your skin’s temperature and automatically adjusts to ensure that it never gets too hot, if you feel discomfort at any point, your provider can lower the temperature settings to match your personal comfort levels. This is sometimes necessary for patients with sensitive skin or for particularly sensitive and delicate areas such as under the eye.
After the entire area has been treated, your provider will cover your face with a cool towel and remove the applicator gel. The procedure ends with an application of skincare and sunscreen tailored to your specific skin type.
Because Forma is so minimally invasive, there’s not much that you need to do to prepare for a treatment. We recommend avoiding tanning or spray tans in the weeks leading up to your appointment. Some skin treatments, including topical options like retinol or medications like Accutane may need to be discontinued before a Forma treatment. You can discuss this with your provider during a free consultation, or you can always get in touch with us in advance.
Is there any downtime?
As Forma is a non-invasive procedure, it does not typically require any downtime. After your appointment your face will appear flushed, similar to how you might look after a workout. Some patients also report mild swelling and tingling immediately following their treatment. For most patients these effects resolve within an hour, while others with greater skin sensitivity may require a little more time before their skin returns to its baseline.
Your provider will give you post-treatment guidelines, including which products should and should not be used in the days following your Forma treatment. It is so important to follow these recommendations closely to achieve the best result possible.
When can I expect to see results and how long will they last?
We recommend a series of 6 Forma treatments spaced one week apart to achieve maximum results. Results from this first series of treatments can last as long as one year. In order to maintain the result after this timeframe, a yearly maintenance treatment is recommended.
Skin looks glowy and firmer after a single treatment. You will see a noticeable improvement in your skin within 1-3 days following your Forma Facial, once any redness or swelling has subsided. However, best results will be seen once you have completed your series of treatment sessions, and they will only continue to improve after that as your body continues to build new collagen.
If your skin goals include targeting skin laxity and you are looking for a real contraction of the tissue, we recommend a series of 6 treatments performed one week apart. After the initial series of 6 treatments. we recommend maintenance treatments 4 times per year.
Pre-Treatment
Please advise us prior to treatment if you have suffered in the past with cold sores on the skin or lips. This viral infection may be re-activated in these areas. You may be required to take an anti-viral medication such as Valtrex on the day of your treatment and for several days after your treatment.
No sun bathing, tanning beds or sunless tanning creams two weeks before and four weeks after your laser treatment. The presence of any tan decreases the effectiveness of the laser and can increase the chance of post-treatment complications, You may have a test patch treatment if you have darker or sensitive skin or a tendency to hyperpigmentation or scar. Most patients will not need a test patch done.
No filler for one week pre-treatment
Post-Treatment
Avoid the sun as much as possible and use your SPF. No filler for one week post-treatment.

FAQs
Are NUDA products vegan & cruelty-free?
All NUDA products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. They are only tested on NUDA babes!
Does this solution protect the skin from UV rays?
NUDA sunless tanning products do not contain any UV-protective agents. NUDA solutions do not protect skin from being sunburned and your skin can still tan. We always recommend to apply sunscreen prior to exposing their skin to the sun. Every single day! All year round.
Will I turn orange from NUDA?
NUDA sunless tanning products are formulated to offer a natural-looking bronzed complexion.
Are NUDA self tanning products safe for pregnant women?
DHA (dihydroxyacetone) acts only on the top layer of the skin. NUDA’s formulas are non-toxic and there is no evidence that demonstrates the harmfulness of DHA. However, each pregnancy is different, and we recommend consulting your doctor if you have any questions prior to use.
How can I get a perfect NUDA glow?
Exfoliation and moisturizing! These are the secrets for a perfect long-lasting sunless tan. The exfoliation of the skin is the most important step prior to a spray tan session. We recommend all clients exfoliate 2 to 4 times before their appointment with the NUDA body exfoliant and exfoliating mitt. An adequate exfoliation will allow the elimination of all dead skin cells and old tan residue. The fresher the skin cells, the longer the result will last. It is essential to moisturize the skin daily after a spray tan session, as dry and flaky skin will slough off faster and colour will fade sooner
How long will the tan last?
On average, spray tans result last up to 10 days. However, the longevity depends on several factors, which include lifestyle habits, daily activities, and skin type and aftercare products used. Sweating excessively while sleeping or spending time in jacuzzis or saunas, taking long baths or showers on a daily basis, participating in activities that may cause excessive sweating (ex: spinning), exfoliation, hair removal, or even a lack of hydration may cause the product to fade away faster.
Are there any risks with a NUDA tan?
Although spray tanning is considered a safe way to get a natural-looking complexion, some people have reported allergic reactions to the DHA components. If you suspect that you may be allergic to DHA, you should ask your Aesthetician to do a test on your stomach skin before performing a full application. Stomach skin is known to react quickly in the case of an allergy and is the ideal area to validate whether the skin will react to the product or not.
How long does it take for the tan to develop?
The regular solutions take 8 to 12 hours to develop before rinsing off. The rapid solutions can be rinsed after 1 to 5 hours depending on the intensity desired. Shower 1 to 2 hours after the application to achieve a light tan, 3 to 4 hours to achieve a medium tan, 4 to 5 hours after to achieve a dark tan. The colour will fully develop 24 hours after showering.
What is the difference between the NUDA regular sunless tanning solutions and the NUDA sunless tanning rapid solutions?
The regular solutions take 8 to 12 hours to develop before rinsing off. These are perfect for clients looking to get a result right after the first shower. The rapid solutions are ideal for on-the-go clients looking to shower quickly after their appointment, as the tan depth is controlled by the clients and when they will shower. Recommended development period is 1 to 5 hours. Shower 1 to 2 hours after the application to achieve a light tan, 3 to 4 hours to achieve a medium tan, 4 to 5 hours to achieve a dark tan. The colour will fully develop in 24 hours after showering.
What should I use to maintain my tan?
It’s really important to educate your clients on proper post tan care. Hydrated skin is the secret of a long-lasting tan! You should moisturize and wash your skin daily with a lotion and body wash that are made with safe ingredients for your tan. NUDA Body Cream and Body Wash are made without alcohol, petroleum, mineral oil, sulfate, parabens and gluten to provide a smooth skin and even fading. We also suggest the Face Tan Water to maintain an even complexion, as the tan will fade more quickly on the face due to the use of makeup, serums, oils and creams.
Can NUDA solutions stain clothing or sheets?
Although NUDA’s formulas have been formulated to dry quickly and to be transfer resistant, we recommend wearing loose fitting, dark clothing after the application. If you are to sleep with your tan, you should wear full-length clothing. The solution is water-soluble and can easily be removed from most fabrics.
Can NUDA solutions stain hair?
We recommend using a hair net which we have available to you. Clients with darker hair will not see any stains on their hair. However, clients with light blonde, gray or platinum hair may notice some discolouration from the cosmetic bronzers.
Pre-Sunless Tan appointment
– Take a shower at least 3 hours before the appointment.
– Shave, wax and exfoliate the skin at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. It’s important to allow the amino acids to reconstruct as DHA needs amino acids to develop. Also, the pores need time to close before the application otherwise it may leaves dark spots.
– Do not use lotion, gel, wax, shaving cream or other oil-based products as they could leave residues on the skin and prevent the solution from developing correctly.
– Do not wear makeup, cream, sunscreen, perfume or deodorant the day of the appointment.
– Moisturize the skin days prior the session (not the day of the appointment).
– The application can be done with or without undergarments or bathing suit.
– We recommend you to wear looses and dark colored clothing when leaving your appointment.
**Exfoliation is the MOST important step to achieve an optimal result that will last up to 10 days. We suggest to use a good quality scrub with an exfoliating mitt will allow the elimination of dead skin cells and impurities. Pay attention to rough areas like feet ankles, elbows, armpits, knuckles, collarbones, etc.
If the exfoliation hasn’t been done properly, the result could be uneven and fade quickly. NUDA products have been designed to fade gradually and evenly when the skin is properly prepared.
Post-Sunless Tan appointment
– Avoid activities that provoke sweating or any contact with liquid during the development period. If it’s raining or snowing outside wear long and covering clothes.
– Do not apply cream or makeup on the skin during the development period.
– If you will be sleeping with solutions on; go to bed wearing long clothes.
– Wait 8 to 12 hours or 1 to 5 hours before showering, depending on the solution. Refer to your artist for the adapted delay.
– Rinse the whole body and face thoroughly. Rinse until the water is clear. For the first shower, we recommend not using soap.
– Moisturize the skin daily with an appropriate lotion. Use the NUDA Body Cream for best results.
– Excessive sweating, jacuzzis or saunas, taking long hot baths or showers often can cause faster fading.
– Do not wax areas where solution has been applied for the duration of the result. A delicate shaving may be done occasionally.
– Use gentle facial cleansers, no oil-based or exfoliating products.
– Avoid lotion, soap and body wash containing mineral oils, petroleum and alcohol. These ingredients can affect the result and cause a faster fading.
– Do not exfoliate the skin for the duration of the result. When the tan starts to fade, exfoliate the skin again in order to remove the old tan residues.
Microblading
This procedure operates with the use of a manual tool: a micro pen, a blade 6-12 very fine needles, and pigment. The technique performed for Microblading is carefully entering the skin with the blade to create fine strokes and depositing the pigment into place. The goal is to create a pattern in the direction of the natural growth of the eyebrow, or create a realistic pattern of choice.
Techniques include: feathered strokes, clean fine collected lines, or boldness/density.

Day One (Day of treatment)
Wait 1-2 hours and let the wounds weep lymph. After 2 hours you must wipe off the lymph with a moistened cotton pad, then apply a thin layer of the post care balm with a cotton swab. At night wash the treated area with warm water and soap provided. Wash your hands with a disinfectant soap before washing your eyebrows and/or applying the post-care cream. NOTE: Too much balm will cause the pigment to scab. The post care balm will last you through your initial treatment and touch-up so keep it safe!
Day Two to Nine
At night GENTLY wash the treated area with warm water and soap provided. Wash your hands with a disinfectant soap before washing your eyebrows and/or applying the post- care cream.
The following must be avoided during all nine days post-microblading procedure:
• Sweating – it is recommended not to sweat for the first 10 days after the procedure. Sweat is salt and can prematurely fade the treated area.
• Practicing sports
• Swimming
• Hot sauna, hot bath, or Jacuzzi
• Sun tanning or salon tanning – absolutely NO SUN, sweating, or tanning prior to the procedure or after the procedure for 2 weeks. Do not have a tan/sunburn on your face prior to your procedure. The tan will exfoliate taking color with it as it fades.
• Any laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and/or any creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic Acid on the face or neck
• Picking, peeling, or scratching of the micro-pigmented area in order to avoid scarring of the area or removal of the pigment
• Smoking
• Drinking alcohol in excess, as it may lead to slow healing of wounds
• Touching of the eyebrow area except for when rinsing and applying the post-care cream with a cotton swab.
Lash Extensions
We offer Classic, Hybrid & Volume Lash Extensions.
Classic Lashing is a technique in which a single extension is applied to one, isolated natural lash. Classic lashes are perfect for adding length and some fullness to your natural lash line.
The Hybrid technique is a combination of two different lash application techniques. It is a mix of classic and volume to give a more natural but dense look.
Volume lashes are a technique where you hand make a fan of two to eight extensions that are very lightweight to make a dense, dark lash line. One volume fan ends up being lighter than a classic lash so it is safe for your natural lash.
